MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College's Sami Huebner (Sun Prairie, Wis.) has been named the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Women's Indoor Track & Field Student-Athlete of the Week for the events of November 26-December 2, as selected by the league's sports information directors. This is the second career weekly award for the Warriors' senior.

Huebner won the 400-meter dash Saturday at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Invitational with a school-record time of 1:01.20, breaking her own mark by .01 seconds. Her mark is the top time in the conference and currently ranks ninth in Division III. Huebner also made the final of the 60-meter hurdles (10.05 prelim; 11.33 final) and cleared 4.46 meters (14-7 3/4) in the long jump as WLC took fourth as a team.

The Warriors do not compete again until the new year when they travel to Whitewater for the Karl Schlender Invitational January 12.
