Warriors Compete At St. Norbert Twilight

DE PERE, Wis. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's track & field team competed Thursday at the St. Norbert Twilight at Schneider Stadium. WLC finished 10th out of 12 scoring teams with 16 points.

Amanda Bregger (Waukesha, Wis./South) accounted for 10 of the Warriors' 16 points as she scored in two events. Bregger placed second overall in the pole vault with a height of 3.05 meters, and sixth in the triple jump after leaping 9.89 meters. She was also 12th in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 28.70.

Aislyn Keyes (South Milwaukee, Wis./South Milwaukee) competed in the high jump where she finished sixth with a jump of 1.45 meters. Jessica Stumpner (Crystal Lake, Ill./South) recorded a top 10 finish in the 400-meter dash with her eighth-place finishing time of 1:05.42. She was also 17th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 29.98.

Invite host St. Norbert ran away with the team title as the Green Knights accumulated 236.5 points.

WLC will host the Wisconsin Private College Championships next Saturday, April 26 at Raabe Stadium. Events are set to begin at 10:30 a.m.
