Women's Tennis Downs Alverno In Rain-Shortened Match

MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's tennis team defeated the Alverno Inferno 5-1 Thursday at McKinley Park Tennis Courts. The two teams completed six matches before inclement weather forced the remaining matches to be postponed and the match ruled final.

  • WLC earned a victory at the No. 6 singles position due to default, then Natalee Douangvilay (Milwaukee, Wis.) won 6-0, 6-1 at the No. 5 singles position.
