Warriors Compete Saturday At Platteville Invitational

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. - ­The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's track & field team competed on Saturday at the UW-Platteville Invitational inside the Williams Fieldhouse.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • WLC's 4x200-meter relay team of Zeke Malchow (Jackson, Wis./Kettle Moraine Lutheran), Colin Sheahan (Oostburg, Wis./Oostburg), Tyree Gamble (Houston, Texas/Westifled), and Shemron Ross finished fourth with a time of 1:40.51.
  • Jordan Donart (De Pere, Wis./Fox Valley Lutheran) raced to a 13th-place finish of 34 in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.86.
  • In the prelims of the 60-meter dash, Gamble sprinted to 11th of 36 in the with a time of 7.49 seconds.
  • No team scores were recorded at the event.

UP NEXT

  • The Warriors will compete again next Friday at the UWM Panther Tune-Up. Events are scheduled to get underway at 4 p.m. at the Klotsche Center.
