Former Wisconsin Lutheran College football player Tim Reichelt is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for the WLC football team. Reichelt works with the Warriors' special teams.
Reichelt mentored First Team All-NACC kicker and Honorable Mention punter Matt Grams throughout the 2015 season. Grams connected on 16 extra point tries and eight field goals, while averaging 37.4 yards per punt.
Prior to coming to WLC, Reichelt was the special teams coordinator for three seasons at Wauwatosa East High School. He remains involved at Tosa East as head coach of the boys' track & field team, a position he has held for the past five seasons.
Reichelt was a four-year letterwinner (2004-2007) for the Warriors football team as a placekicker. He was 7-for-10 on field goals and 32-for-42 on extra point tries in his career. Reichelt ranks fifth all-time in school history in both made field goals and extra points. He earned his degree from WLC in educational studies in 2009.
As a student at Waukesha South, Reichelt earned one letter in football and four in track & field. He was a two-time state qualifier in track & field.
Reichelt is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his coaching positions, he also teaches at Longfellow Middle School and resides in Shorewood.
