  • WLC knotted up the score at 1-1 with two outs in the eighth when Nick Poblocki (Bartlett, Ill.) scored on an error by the second baseman that allowed Jayson Walczak-Zelem (Oak Creek, Wis.) to reach safely.
  • Wisconsin Lutheran had the winning run in scoring position in the ninth and 10th innings, but couldn't drive the run home.
  • LU scored the go-ahead runs in the 12th inning with two outs on a passed ball and RBI single for what proved to be the 3-1 final margin.
