Home Post-Event Reporting Procedures
The Athletic Communications office will make every effort to address your postgame needs. We make available full box scores for most sports within 30 minutes of the game's conclusion. We will email you a packed game file and HTML box score as soon as possible following the game (if applicable). We email box scores to your media list, provided we receive the list at least 24 hours prior to the contest. Opposing coaches and/or SIDs have access to a phone, computer, and photocopier, if needed, to report to their media outlets. We will make every effort to accommodate visiting broadcasters as long as notice is given to the Athletic Communications office at least 24 hours in advance.
Away Post-Event Reporting Procedures
Please email Adam Heinzen (email@example.com) with a packed game file and HTML box score. If you unable to fulfill this request, please let Adam know in advance so that arrangements may be made to get the information.
Internet and Telephone Access
Wireless internet access and analog phone lines are available at the Recreation Complex (basketball and volleyball) and Raabe Stadium (football and track & field). Internet access and phone lines are currently unavailable at Neumann Family Fields (baseball and softball) and Warriors Soccer Field.
Working media who wish to interview Wisconsin Lutheran College student-athletes, coaches, or administrators should contact Adam Heinzen (414.443.8746 or firstname.lastname@example.org) to make arrangements. Game credentials and practice schedules may also be obtained by contacting the Athletic Communications office.
