Adam Heinzen, a 2006 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College, is in his seventh year as the Sports Information Director at WLC.

Heinzen, a member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) serving on the Membership Services Committee, is the main contact for all 18 of Wisconsin Lutheran’s intercollegiate sports. He is responsible for maintaining the athletics department website (wlcsports.com), assisting with the content and production of WLC’s athletics publications and game day operations.

Heinzen has received awards from CoSIDA for the 2007-08, 2008-09 basketball and 2009-10 cross country and track & field media guide entries in the annual publications contest.

Heinzen graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in communicative arts. As a student at WLC, he worked in the sports information office for three years performing a variety of duties.

A native of Manitowoc, Wis., Heinzen was born August 16, 1983. Today he lives in Milwaukee.
