Reeves Represents Warriors At Pointer Qualifier
Sophomore competes in 60-meters and long jump

Sophomore Mike ReevesSTEVENS POINT, Wis. - Wisconsin Lutheran College sophomore Mike Reeves (Hoffman Estates, Ill./Hoffman Estates) competed for the Warriors men's track & field team Saturday at the Pointer Qualifier at the Multi-Activity Center.
Reeves narrowly missed out on the finals and school record in the 60-meter dash as he placed ninth out of 30 in the event with a time of 7.06 seconds. He was just .03 seconds shy of the school record. Greenville's Bruce Gray won the event with a time of 6.82 seconds.
In the long jump, Reeves placed 15th out of 26 with a leap of 6.05 meters. Wis.-Oshkosh's Ryan Sprenger topped the field with a jump of 6.87 meters.
