Dillon Secures Final Weekly Award Of Season
Led Warriors to third straight conference tournament championship last week

Senior Shavon DillonWAUKESHA, Wis. – Wisconsin Lutheran College senior guard Shavon Dillon (Milwaukee, Wis./Hope School) has been named the Northern Athletics Conference Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week for events of February 18-24, as selected by the league's sports information directors.
Dillon scored 17 points -- both game highs -- in each of the Warriors' NAC Tournament semifinal and championship victories last week, as WLC advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the third straight season. The senior guard shot over 55 percent from the floor and added 2.5 steals and 2.0 assists in the two wins for her second weekly award this season.
Dillon and Wisconsin Lutheran (25-2) travel to Wis.-Whitewater (21-6) Friday for a NCAA Tournament First Round game. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Kachel Gymnasium in Whitewater, Wis.
