ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's track & field team set four school records at the Washington University Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the Bushyhead Track. The Warriors scored four points during the two-day event.

In the field events, freshman Amanda Bregger's (Waukesha, Wis./South) leap of 2.90 meters in the pole vault was good for a 10th-place finish and a school record. Freshman Jenny Ebeling (Muskego, Wis./Wisconsin Lutheran) also etched her name into the record books at WLC with her throw of 33.40 meters in the javelin. Ebeling's eighth-place finish also earned the fourth team point of the two-day event for the Warriors.
Other solid performances for Wisconsin Lutheran included Alyssa Schumacher's (Johnson Creek, Wis./Lakeside Lutheran) 16th-place finish in the 800-meter run (2:23.73), Ellen Schwartz's (Janesville, Wis./Lakeside Lutheran) 18th-place finish in the 400-meter dash (1:02.75), and Sarah Frelich's (Maribel, Wis./Denmark) 23rd-place finish in the 1500-meter run (5:08.71).
